When I moved to Wisconsin, I falsely believed that the sun would disappear for six months. And while I'm excited to see the sun come out fairly frequently, it's sort of a catch-22. You see, when the sun is out there is no cloud cover acting as insulation and keeping the temperature up (relatively speaking, of course). So, imagine my surprise, when today's temperature reached 35 degrees AND the sun was shining. It was a beautiful day. The house got so warm that I had to let the fire (that's been burning steady 24/7 since November... seriously) burn out. I even opened the door and let some fresh air in. It felt like heaven... even if there is still snow on the ground...
And then the Steelers won, just to make the day completely perfect!
