We are officially in debt

Yes... we have joined the ranks of Home Ownership. Although it still doesn't feel like it since we're living in hotels. But we can say that we own a house... well I guess technically the bank owns it. But still, we can do anything we want to it! We can paint the walls purple and hot pink if we want. Mr. OCD can work on his truck is his own garage, without first checking to see that the neighbors won't turn him in. I can actually have a vegetable garden, not that I know anything about gardening, but if I wanted to I could and that's the whole point!

So, here's to mortgage payments, property taxes, remodeling budgets and a whole new spectrum of tax deductions! I guess I'm a real grown up now.
